Capital partners
Two ways to put capital behind honest lending.
Riverhead's in-house revenue-based financing programs originate business financing under one standard: every option shown with its true cost. For institutional and qualified investors, there are two ways to participate — each structured case-by-case, in direct conversation with our principals.
The two tracks
Participate in the deals, or fund the engine.
Participating in originated deals
Our in-house programs originate revenue-based financing we underwrite ourselves — the same deals our advisors walk borrowers through, every cost in the open. Capital partners can participate in that origination directly, on structures worked out deal by deal rather than off a standard menu. We bring the underwriting file and the borrower relationship; you bring capital and your own diligence.
Extending credit facilities
Origination runs on capital, and some partners prefer to sit a level up — extending facilities that fund what our programs originate, rather than taking positions in individual deals. Facility terms, covenants, and reporting are negotiated directly, with counsel on both sides. It's a lending relationship with us, built the way we build them with borrowers: plainly, and in writing.
Both tracks are structured case-by-case. We don’t publish volume, track record, or terms here — those conversations happen in person, with the actual numbers on the table.
How conversations start
A process, not a pitch.
Intro call
A direct conversation with the people who run the programs — your mandate, how our origination works, and whether the shapes fit.
Mutual diligence
We open the file: how we underwrite, how we service, how the operation runs. You look as hard as you like — and we ask our own questions about fit.
Structure
If it makes sense on both sides, we shape the relationship — participation or facility — sized and papered to the specific case, counsel involved from the start.
Capital partners
Capital deserves straight answers too.
Tell us about your firm and your mandate. If the fit is real, the next step is a meeting — with the numbers on the table.
